Matt Terry is a high-level health strategist, Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDN), and performance coach who helps high-achieving clients break through plateaus, lose stubborn fat, eliminate pain, improve sleep, and boost energy. Based in Overland Park, Kansas, and co-owner of a private personal training studio, Matt combines advanced lab testing, strategic fitness, and personalized nutrition to deliver real, lasting body transformations. Having overcome obesity and chronic health issues himself, he brings deep expertise and empathy to each client—offering customized, root-cause solutions for those ready to invest in sustainable change.

Matt uses the D.R.E.S.S. protocol with clients, the pathway to holistic health that emphasizes five key areas: diet, exercise, stress management, and supplement optimization. He will work with you to develop a customized health blueprint using focused lab testing and personalized strategies and teach you how to eat, move and be healthy. He works with clients in person and online.
