We perform a thorough screening and biometric measures of all new clients.  

We use this in combination with your goals, labs and current abilities to design a customized program that address:

  • weak points

  • potential injuries and limitations

To ensure you get the best possible results in the shortest amount of time. 

This is a revolving 90 day program and can be done online or in person.
