“I started working with Matt in July of 2021. I was a year postpartum from having my fourth baby, struggling with my diet and weight loss, struggling with motivation and consistent workout routine and had issues with regulating my thyroid levels due to hypothyroid. In the three months that I worked with Matt he taught me so many things! I learned what to eat and what not to eat, what supplements would be beneficial for me, how to work out and not get burnt out! There will always be barriers in your way of success. Sometimes it’s lack of support, time, direction, not having the right plan, or sometimes it’s just lack of belief in ourselves we can actually accomplish our goal.
